The AI-TS platform is designed and developed in Denmark by DIAS A/S, the European technology and development home of DIAS, which also manages the company's European contracts and tenders. Commercial operations across the Middle East, India and APAC markets run through DIAS FZE in the UAE. DIAS is a Lighthouse Trust group company.

AI-TS builds on the Intelligent Trolley Service (ITS) platform, operated in live airport environments and proven in pilots and deployments across Europe, the Middle East and India.

Technology acquired and rebuilt
DIAS acquired the AI-TS technology and rights, completed in 2026, and the platform has since been comprehensively rebuilt and enhanced.
